2. Slow burpee test sequence



1. Spread your legs shoulder width apart.

3. Challenge 100 Slow Buffy Tests



This is a challenge that requires you to perform 10 buffy tests for 1 minute and perform 100 moves within 10 minutes.


When you finish 10 in 40 seconds, take a break for 20 seconds.
