Product usage precaution
When EMS training is not possible
1. Those who use medical electronic devices such as cardiac pacemaker and defibrillators
2. Those who have difficulty using EMS such as heart disease
3. Pregnant women, children under the age of 13, infants
4. Drinkers and people with poor physical condition before exercise
If you need to consult a doctor before use
1. Those who are being treated for serious illness
2. Those with acute inflammation and bleeding
3. Those with abnormal blood pressure, infectious diseases, or skin diseases
4. Those who have inserted metal, such as an iron core, into the body due to surgery, etc.
5. Those with skin allergies
6. Senior Citizen, those who have difficulty in moving or expressing themselves
7. Those who are breastfeeding after childbirth
8. Those with a body temperature of 38℃ or higher
Precautions when using the product
1. Please be careful not to reach infants or children under the age of 13 years.
2. Do not use on the head, heart, face, neck, mouth, or skin disorders areas, etc.
3. Use only genuine carbon silicone pads, and do not use more than two layers.
4 .Do not seperate or eat the pad arbitrarily.
5. Be careful not to reach or be attached metal objects around the suit pad.
6. It is recommended to use it within Three times a week, 30 minutes a one time
and stop using it immediately if something goes wrong with your body.
7. Do not disassemble, reassemble, remodel, or repair arbitrarily.
It may cause an accident or breakdown.
8. Avoid direct sunlight and store in a cool place.
Do not place in a hot and humid place or near fire.
9. Be careful not to let the product fall into water.

How to wash
1. Put a silicone cap on the cable connector to prevent external damage before washing.
2. Dissolve an appropriate amount of neutral detergent in tepid water (below 30℃).
Use fabric softener according to your preference.
3. Hand wash gently by rubbing lightly about 5~6 times
If strong friction occurs due to rubbing, there is a risk of damage to the inner cable
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water 2-3 times
5. Wrap with a towel and press lightly to remove moisture.
6. Air dry out of direct sunlight.
※ There is a risk of damage to the product if you twist it with strong force,
use a washing machine, or leave it in water for more than 10 minutes.
Hot water, bleach, dry cleaning, machine drying and ironing are not permitted.
Q&A
Q : Is the exercise time fixed?
A : In general, the recommended exercise time for EMS training is 20 minutes.
Adjust the exercise time appropriately according to your exercise ability. and satisfaction.
Q : Can I wear only a suit on my body without inner wear?
A : Only wear a suit on your body, EMS stimulation may sting therefore
It is recommended to wear exclusive innerwear core fit.
Make sure that the pad to which the electric stimulation is transmitted is wet enough.
Q : The price of EMS equipment is high, but why is the price of SWITCH cheap?
A : As a product developed and produced in Korea, through the miniaturization process of reducing the device
to 1/100 We made it easy for anyone to enjoy the EMS equipment of tens of millions of won in the past.
Q : What should I do when I don't have the suit size I want?

Q : How to wash?
A : It is recommended to hand wash with a neutral detergent in lukewarm water at 30℃ without separate work.
After washing, wrap it with a towel and press lightly to remove moisture, then air dry in the shade.
There is a risk of damage to the product if it is twisted with strong force, used in a washing machine,
or left in water for more than 10 minutes.
Hot water, bleach, dry cleaning, machine drying and ironing are not allowed.
Q : Can I use a washing machine?
A : We are not responsible for product damage caused by using the washing machine.
If the use of the washing machine is unavoidable, we will suggest a washing method.
Be sure to put on the silicone cap to prevent external damage to the cable connector.
Please wash alone with a mild detergent in lukewarm water at 30℃ using a laundry net.
Be careful not to generate strong friction.
